Care Instructions
We hope you love your Panache Apparel Co. items, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise no later than January 5, 2026 for your original form of payment. A valid receipt is required for all returns, and the merchandise must be in its original condition. If you need further assistance with your return, please contact customerservice@panacheapparel.com.
It may take up to 7 business days once we receive the returned merchandise for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, your original form of payment will be issued to you minus the shipping fee within 1-3 business days.
Panache Apparel Co. is not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost or stolen. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand behind our products, and want all our customers to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers by dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item so we can make the situation right. Please email us at customerservice@panacheapparel.com, and we will rectify this right away. Please include a photo of the defect/damage in your email. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary from piece to piece. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping expenses if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
Please note: Exchanges are not permitted, and orders will not be reshipped due to address error. Please review your selected products carefully and ensure your shipping information is correct before moving forward.
